Dear Friend,

Here's some further thoughts of mine on increasing your health, Wealth and Relationships.

How about removing alcohol from your life? Totally?


Incorporate Bananas into your late evening diet.Sounds crazy I know but please try it.


For the purpose of increasing your wellbeing? And so ALL the other components of your life?

If so, you are now ready.

Ready to create BIG results in your health, Wealth and Relationships.

Be true to yourself.

If you have not removed alcohol from your life, you are not ready to create BIG results.

It must be gone and gone for at least 10 days.

I will just continue with trust that you have removed it now...

Thoughts of results, bring those results to you.

But how do we decide whether or not we are thinking of the right results?

What exactly should we think about?

I will explain...

A result is the real world evidence we need to see in order for us to KNOW we have acheived something.

"I'll believe it when I see it" is a common saying.

"I'll KNOW it when I see it" is more accurate.

Note the word "See".

In order to get a specific result, we first need to figure out what evidence we need to see in order for us to KNOW we have acheived it.

Next we need to decide if we are increasing a previous result or creating a new result.

To create a new result, we should ALWAYS aim low so that it seems extremely easy.

Then, when you get that result, we have a previous result we can increase.

Previous results are extremely easy to increase.

Doubling a previous result is a good challenge.

But at first, try to increase by a smaller amount.

Just to get your feet wet.

You will soon get to a point where doubling get's nearly impossible.

At this point, make the result you seek go up a level.

Work out what EFFECT your results are having, make those effects into the results that you then double.

So for example, a property developer makes a profit on one house of £5000.

He then thinks about making a profit of £10,000 on the next house.

So he makes £10,000 on the next house.

And so on.

But he can only go so far with profits on one house.

So THEN he works out the EFFECT these results are having on his NET WORTH.

And so he now makes his NET WORTH the results he seeks and doubles that instead of the profits from one house.

Health, wealth and relationships ALL have these different levels.

It's about getting an easy result, doubling those results, looking at the effects of those results, making those effects your new sought after results, and repeating.

When a newly sought after result begins to get too difficult, look for the effects and make those effects your new results.

You will see these new results in time.

For now, you must select either a new easy result or a doubled previous result for

Health - If a new result, this could be to get a little fitter. If so, go swim 5 lengths of a swimming pool. When you've done that, go a few days leter and swim 10. When you get to the point where it is getting too difficult to double, look at the effects. The effects may be that your weight is coming down. So now make that effect into your new sought after results. Try to lose a 1lb. Then 2lb. When you get to your ideal weight, look for the effects and repeat.

Wealth - If a new result, this could be to make £1 profit. Then £2. Then £4. Then £8. etc. When you get to the point where it is getting too difficult to double, look at the effects. The effects may be that your net worth is going up (but not doubling yet). So now make that effect into your new sought after results. Try to double your net worth. Then again and again.

Relationships - If a new result, this could be to get more friends. If so, go make friends with someone new. Then make friends with 2 more people. 4 more. When you get to the point where it is getting too difficult to double, look at the effects. The effects may be that you recently had a gathering of your new friends. So now make that effect into your new sought after results. Have another gathering. Organise other gatherings. Then look for the effects and repeat.

Start as small as possible.

Work out what evidence you will need to see.

Imagine you already have this evidence.

Think about the steps.

Double as much as possible.

Look for the effects.

Make the effects the new result you seek.

And if/when you want, stop doubling and maintain things.

Exercise 10: Napping Your Life

Did you do exercise number 9?

Night, night?

The exercise was to ask yourself "What would it be like..." and "What would it feel like..." just before going to sleep.

So that the answers to those questions come to you as you sleep (and create your dreams).

So you gradually make those things happen in your life.

We become what we consistently and persistently think about.

This next exercise is exactly the same except you do it as you nap and awakening from napping, in the privacy of your own mind (say it in your head)

"What would it be like to have [your next desired results]?"

"What would it feel like to have [that result]?"

Ask each question 10 times over and over in your head as you nap and awaken.

The answers will come in the form of thoughts.

Those thoughts will make you sleep muchy better and also create your dreams.

You will then attract those results to you.
